Arrival & Morning Circle
Children settle in with a warm welcome, a morning song, and a gentle start to the day.
Circle Time & Rhymes
Stories, rhymes, and simple conversation to build language and listening skills.
Guided Learning Activities
Age-appropriate literacy, numeracy, or activity-based learning in small groups.
Snack Time
A healthy snack break with time to socialize with classmates.
Outdoor & Free Play
Supervised outdoor play to build gross motor skills and let energy out.
Art, Music & Activity
Rotating creative sessions — art and craft, music, or movement.
Lunch
A supervised, unhurried lunch with encouragement toward independence.
Quiet Time / Story Time
Rest or a calm story session, depending on age group.
Second Learning Block
A shorter, focused academic session for the older Primary groups.
Closing Circle & Dismissal
A wrap-up song, a look back at the day, and a calm goodbye before pickup.

Flexibility
We keep a predictable rhythm each day, but adjust pacing based on how the children are feeling — some days need more movement, others more quiet.
Individual Needs
Every child settles in differently. Our teachers work closely with parents during the first few weeks to make the transition smooth.
Outdoor Time
Children go outside daily, weather permitting. Please send a labeled water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing.
